It seems" the voice explained, "that these dillemas created such an uncertainty and resulted in such a change in our perceptions in reality that an odd concept eventually occured to us."
"And what would that be?" Cogil asked.
"That, in fact, this uncertainty could be captured and redirected to have an effect on an entire population at a time when done correctly." The inflection left in the voice was very netural and Vincent, Cogil, Ryan and Adrian could not tell how series or turthful whomever this person was speaking to them.
"And just how, exactly, wold that be done? I mean that whole explanation sounds like it's kind of reaching, to me." Cogil said.
"How it is done is not important, what is important is no one ever findin gout about this. For if the Towzians learned of this moral dillema the concequences would be dire."
"Which means?" Cogil asked

"That means like a gift horse, if yo look at it in the mounth it's usually more ugly than you thought. So don't look a gift horse in the mouth." The explained. Clearly these strange disembodied voices weren't too keen on details or handing out information.
"Not much you can do to stop us from telling anyway, voice. But We don't actually know what we are looking at anyway, so I don't think you have too much to worry about." Cogil said.
"What you are looking at is a moral dillema that occured very rarely in the old Towz City. Namely What we have here are twin girls around the age of thirteen. One has a life threatening condition and the other is perfectly healthy. However the healthy one has a few problems of her own psychologically. Though it would be easy for the healthy twin to donate somethin gof her body to save the sick twin the healthy twin refuses to do so. What the doctor and one of the parents of the twin have to decide is how they are going to either convince the healthy twin to sillingly donate what is needed or decide if it is worth it to force this healthy twin to donate against her will. But is truely unexpected, we are almost certain the four them, though suspended, are still feeling torn inside and can probably feel a lapse of time.

"The voice did not sound sympathetic at all.
"You mean you just let these people stay in this state in peritutity? Like some kind of trade off?" Cogil asked.
"Yes, like a trade off, exactly. These four stay frozen in time forever, Towz is a paradise, no hard decision ever has to be made again. Like a time bubble. Four suffer so thousands do not have to. It's a fair trade." The voice said.
"Fair trade?" Cogil started asking, "and just who decided that? You? Did these four ever get any say in this whole arrangement? Did the citizens get to vote on sho get to be frozen, suffering in perpetuity? Doesn't sounds like it." Cogil said, obviously up set with the whole situation.
"A few intelligent people sat around and discussed this in detail. A chart was made with all the advantages and disadvantages possibly coming out of such a scenario and it was decided this would produce the least amount of suffering possible. So it was implemented. There did not appear to be any need for full cooperation amongst the Towzians, we deemed it better we simply implement this whole thing and let the Towzians wake up in thier new status, or universe or whatever you want to call it."
"Look, disembodied voice, it was not up to you or any group of individual elitist types whol say they have the whole population's best interested in mine. One suffering at the behest of a larger whole group of people only makes sense if the one that will do the suffering is actually so choosing of their own free wil, any other way it just oppression. Pure and simple. Or, to put it another way, you're holding the hostage against their will and have found a rather convenient way to rationalize as much." Cogil seemed to be getting more and more enthusiastic about the whole situation.
"Well, that is one way to spin it my new friend. But that is not quite the case. For those these individuals may or may not be suffering and though they may or may not have so chosen to stay in this state of being perpetually of their own free will the fact still remains the whole is better and improved for it. And it's not like it's all bad for them. They have lived well passed any normal life expectancy. They haven't made any decisions that would result in either a dead twin or a twin driven into further mental problems from being forced into donation she didn't want by her parents.
